Return and Exchange Policy – Fabulion
At Fabulion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange process to ensure a hassle-free experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
- If the item comes with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear and swimwear
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

3. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info.fabulion@gmail.com or call at +8801849-492872 with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
Prepare the Return: Ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition, with tags attached, and placed in their original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Ship Back the Item: Return the item to the address provided in your return authorization. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, the process is as follows:
Contact Us: E-mail us at info.fabulion@gmail.com or call at +8801849-492872 with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange, along with the replacement item you would like (size, color, etc.).
Return the Original Item: Follow the return instructions above to send the original item back to us.
Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send out the new item. Please note that shipping fees for exchanges will apply based on your location.
5. Refunds
Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info.fabulion@gmail.com or call at +8801849-492872 with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a return and either provide a refund or send you a replacement at no additional charge.
